3. Non-Refundable Situations

- Change of mind after your tool is published
- Dissatisfaction with traffic or user engagement after listing
- Requests made more than 14 days after payment
- Voluntary removal of your tool listing after it has gone live
- Performance expectations not being met (views, clicks, conversions)
- Competitive market conditions affecting your tool's visibility

- No payment required, therefore no refund applicable
- Basic visibility with standard features
Basic Listing ($19.99 for 30 Days)
- Eligible for refund if rejected or features not delivered
- AI-trained within 5 days guaranteed
- No refund after tool goes live
Verified Listing ($99.99 for 90 Days)
- Eligible for refund if rejected or features not delivered
- AI-trained within 2 business days guaranteed
- No refund after tool goes live
Enterprise Package (Custom Pricing)
- Custom pricing based on specific requirements and features
- Refund terms negotiated on a case-by-case basis
- Contact us to discuss your enterprise needs and refund policy
- Standard 14-day guarantee may apply depending on agreement
5. Tool Submission Rejection
Your tool submission may be rejected for the following reasons:
- Tool does not meet quality standards

- Duplicate submission of existing tool
- Tool is non-functional or broken

- If we fail to meet these timelines, you may request a refund within 14 days
12. Modifications and Cancellations
Once your tool listing is live:
- You can edit or update your tool information at any time
- You can remove your tool listing voluntarily (no refund provided)
- Listing duration cannot be extended without additional payment
- Unused time on your listing is not refundable
13. Exceptions
We may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Extended platform outages preventing tool visibility
- Critical errors in our listing process affecting your submission
- Extraordinary technical issues on our end
